Hadley or Haddie B as she is better known was born on September 5th to mom Alyssa and dad Derek. She joined big sisters Olivia and Peyton to complete the Boucher family.
Hadley has a heart of gold. She's a true leader and cares deeply for those in her presence. She loves sports! Before her diagnosis, Hadley loved to play dek hockey, basketball & lacrosse. She loves rooting on the Boston Bruins and Boston Redsox with her older sisters. When not playing or watching sports Hadley has a strong love for anything arts and crafts, her favorite being painting. Being the youngest of three, Hadley has strength and bravery that's admirable. She has such a love for school, especially math and writing. She's a big fan of writing stories in her journals and has such a fun imagination!
Miss Haddie B is a lover of all animals, her favorite being dogs and sea turtles. Her favorite thing to do is spend time at the beach or in the pool or simply running around the yard with her sisters and three dogs, Mack, Cooper and Harley.

Diagnosis
Hadley was having headaches which at the time seemed normal as her mom and big sister Peyton get headaches. These headaches then slowly turned into getting sick upon waking on the morning and that is when her parents decided to seek professional help. Before this, the Boucher family had never heard of DIPG. Slowly, over time, they found help. Initially their biggest help was using the DIPG Nurse Navigators through ChadTough. They help educate them and helped Alyssa and Derek guide Haddie in the best direction for her and our family. They are choosing to share Haddie's story now to help spread awareness and hope for change for others who someday travel down this road. Their hope is for more guidance and knowledge and overall support for families in the future who might face this devastating diagnosis.
Haddie has a spirit that lights up every room and the Archer Foundation is proud to support the Boucher family as they focus on spending every moment together.
