Annabelle Olgers
Annabelle was born on March 12 to mom Rebecca and dad Jonathan, becoming part of a large extended family. Annabelle loves anything to do with arts and crafts. She is all about exploring other cultures and learning random facts! She is incredibly talented with her art. Her style is one of a kind; and she’s not afraid to be her true self. At 11 years old she can make the most perfect bowl of ramen you’ve ever laid eyes on. She is truly independent and loves doing things for herself.
Annabelle loves going to zoos, especially when she visits her mom and her siblings up north. She enjoys spending time with her cousins Shelby and Dalton. Her favorite food is ramen and cheese with strawberries. Her favorite music is rock, country, and pop, but she likes a lot of artists. Annabelle is the happiest when she spends quality time with her family and baking.
Diagnosis
Annabelle was diagnosed with DIPG on September 12, 2025 after she began experiencing some concerning symptoms. Her diagnosis was a compete shock to her family. None of them had ever heard of or experienced anything like DIPG before. Annabelle is blessed with a loving family including her Mom, Dad, and her grandparents Nonny and Poppy. She has a strong network of siblings and cousins who are all standing beside her through her treatment journey. This support system has been strong and fills Annabelle with love and comfort on challenging days.
